Q: What if I enter the metadata fields incorrectly during onboarding? Can I change them later?
Yes; users can edit metadata fields in the Apparity Inventory Management System (AIMS) by clicking the "View Details" (list) icon to the left of the application name. However, only those users with specific application permissions (i.e., Owner) or those with metadata_edit rights will be able to modify the changes in AIMS.
Q: Will the review and approval of change logs always go through the approver I designated during the onboarding process?
Not necessarily. When you submit a change log for review, the Default Approver will automatically be listed, but you are able to remove that individual and select anyone responsible for review.
