Q: When is a new version of my Access DB created in the File History?
Apparity is set to scan each managed Access DB every 5 minutes. If a change is detected during those 5-minute intervals, then a new version will be displayed on the File History page.
Q: Why don’t I see all versions of my Access DB in the File History?
The default setting on the File History page is to show only versions that have Schema Changes. To see all versions with Non-Schema Changes, click on the filter icon in the Change Type column and click on Select All.
Q: What happens if my Access DB changes locations or is renamed?
If your Access DB location or name is changed, Apparity will not track any of the changes in the new Access DB, until it is registered and managed as a new EUCA in AIMS with the updated UNC path.
