Q: My colleague set up Apparity Cloud for our organization; how do I log in?
First, you will need to be invited and set up your profile. Ask your colleague if they have added you via the Users tab (more information is available here in the Add Other Users section). If they have, you'll need to check the email address they submitted to set up your Apparity Cloud profile. Be sure to check your junk mail. When you set your profile, you will be given the opportunity to log in to your organization's specific subdomain. We suggest bookmarking this URL for login in the future, as you will need to remember your organization's subdomain to log in going forward.
