Q: Why don't I see anything in my inventory?
There are a few reasons why you might not see anything in your inventory:
- There's nothing populating the inventory yet.
There are two ways to add items to your inventory: using Apparity Cloud Discovery Console and manually. You can read about how to add items here. - You don't have permission to see the items in the inventory.
It is possible that other users have run Discovery or added manual items but you cannot see them because you do not have appropriate permissions. Permissions are outlined here.
Q: How do I change the inventory fields/questions?
The basic information, risk assessments, reviews, etc. associated with each item are dictated by a schema. The EUC Inventory Schema is used as a default in the Free Trial, but we are happy to work with you to create new forms to align to your organizational needs.
